Every year, Kunstpunt Groningen and Noorderzon Festival of Performing Arts & Society ask a Groningen artist to create a work of art for the Noorderzon Festival. This year, it is Margriet van Weenen. Visitors can become part of her installation I WAS HERE – In Search of the Polar Wind, Between Waters. We visited Margriet in her studio where she tells us what her installation is about and how she works.

I WAS HERE – In Search of the Polar Wind, Between Waters can be seen from 22 August to 1 September in the Noorderplantsoen on the corner of Kruissingel and Moesstraat.
