Every year, the Tschumi Pavilion and the CBK join forces to give a starting artist a platform in the pavilion on the Hereplein.
In 2016, Allard Medema won the pitch. He came up with the audiovisual experience Bel Allard. In the pavilion, he hung up a telephone number that you could call.
