When I was young my grandmother gave me a pack of marker pens with the usual colours but also cerise and turquoise ones. I loved these markers! And even now a large box of pencils or markers grouped by colour from yellow to green to blue to purple to red makes me very happy. Colour therefore is an important source of inspiration for me as well as nature. Working with the essential colours of my subject enables me to reflect its heart and soul. Resulting in abstract work, this approach nevertheless suggests a landscape or space. In addition to my autonomous studio work, I teach beginners and advanced learners to paint with acrylics while sharing my passion and my creative  leasure. With my expertise I inspire my students to discover and develop their own style of expressing themselves.
