GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS COLOR THE CITY OF GRONINGEN

• Kleur de Stad (Color the City) is from and for the people of the city.

• Anyone can participate, regardless of age or experience. Together we color the city.

• You may submit several works, but don’t make it too much.

• The order in which the works are shown is completely arbitrary and we have no influence on that.

• All works are processed and projected as they are submitted, provided they are properly delivered.

• We are not in favor of censorship. At the same time, we also don’t like promoting commercial or offensive works. Together with the organisation, we determine where the boundary lies.

• Your work will be slightly edited in color and contrast so that it stands out brightly in projection. We also provide beautiful organic transitions between the drawings.

• We will only use your submitted artwork to project it onto the building you colored in. It is possible that the organization or initiators wish to leave Kleur de Stad (Color the City) longer, or to repeat it in the future with the same works. Then we may show your work again.

• You participate on a voluntary basis and you give us permission to project your work on the building you colored in. The submitted works remain the property of you as the creator at all times.

• We assume that you are the creator of your submitted work and that you do not use an unsolicited image of someone else for your submission. If this is the case, we are not liable for this.

• We will not use your name, age and email address for anything or project them onto the building. We ask because we find it interesting to know who and of what age group participated.

• We will only use your e-mail address if there is a nice prize to be won with your edition of Kleur de Stad (Color the City) and if we can make you happy.

• We will use your Instagram tag to tag you if your work appears somewhere in a photo. Honor where credit is due.

• We are proud of this community artwork and are happy to share the result with others. For this we sometimes take photos and video material in which your work can appear.

• Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the work will always be shown. Your work may not be listed for whatever reason. Maybe something went wrong somewhere. If this is the case, please contact Kunstpunt Groningen or Mr.Beam Studio.

• The coloring page file that you download for Kleur de Stad (Color the City) Groningen has been developed by Mr.Beam and may not be used for other purposes without written permission from Mr.Beam.
