VRIJDAG: My Very First Exhibition (12-15 yrs)
About this activity.
From January 31 to March 15, students of the the visual arts course Beeldende kunstatelier at VRIJDAG will be exhibiting for the very first time!
The works on display are diverse and are spread throughout the building. From small, alien-like creatures in clay to octopuses filling entire pianos. You'll encounter all sorts of things here. Some works are already completed, while others will be in progress during the exhibition period. Be sure to stop by occasionally and join us for the opening on February 28 at 4:30 PM.
There are intentionally no title cards next to the works; we invite you to wander through the entire building without needing to read. If you'd like to know more about a piece, a specially made map is available.

VRIJDAG.
Iedereen kan meedoen aan kunst en cultuur. Dat is de missie van VRIJDAG, het huis van de amateurkunst voor Groningen. In de gemeente Groningen biedt VRIJDAG cursussen, lessen en workshops muziek, theater en beeldende kunst. Ook verzorgt VRIJDAG cultureel aanbod in de wijken en in het onderwijs. Via KultuurLoket adviseert en ondersteunt VRIJDAG amateurkunstenaars in de hele provincie Groningen en met POPgroningen stimuleert VRIJDAG popmuziek van Groningse bodem.
