The theater makers of Schout bij Nacht and Kunstpunt Groningen present Roze Tippel, an adventurous theater & art walk through one of the most vibrant neighborhoods of Groningen: Nieuwstad and the surrounding area.
A neighborhood full of inclusion and diversity: it could hardly be more appropriate on Pink Saturday. On Saturday, June 22, from 5 p.m., a group of adventurers will start every ten minutes. The starting point is Dorothy's: the cheerful drag café on the Pottebakkersrijge. To then be treated to an ode to Erwin Olaf, to important public works of art, a look into the tendon rooms and more, much more. There is a performance at every stop. To enjoy, to think about and to talk about. This can be done after more than an hour at the end point while enjoying a drink and live music.

Schout bij Nacht is now a renowned theater collective in Groningen. Makers of 'TBS' in the Van Mesdagkliniek, of the Noorderzon performances 'KETCHUP' and 'GLORY GLORY HOLELUJAH'. Cheeky, tasteful, adventurous: theater with rolled-up sleeves. Under the guise: you can be afraid, but never cowardly!
