Group Exhibition of Stichting KAT in the Splendid Church of Wittewierum

About this activity.

Traditionally, Stichting KAT will also organize a group exhibition in the special church of Wittewierum in 2024.

Stichting KAT stands for Art and Craft in Ten Boer. The Foundation is primarily committed to visual artists and artistic craftsmen in the municipality of Ten Boer. But also to everyone who is interested in art in the broadest sense of the word. Joint exhibitions, workshops, and theme-oriented subjects are part of the activities.

There will be work on display by 12 different artists and disciplines such as painting, ceramics and spatial work with the 3D printer pen.

The exhibition can be viewed during the Open Monument Days on Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 September from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 September from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 

On Saturday 14 September, Ynskje Penning will give a flash lecture (in Dutch) on 'Abbot Emo on the road' from 11:00-11:20 a.m.
