Peter Keizer (Amsterdam, 1961) is exhibiting at the gallery until 12 October. Nature is his great source of inspiration. In particular, he paints trees, branches and flowers in a very personal, pure and direct way. It is as if he dissects a tree branch until it is no longer a tree branch, but a bundle of colours and atmosphere. Keizer paints with a complex colour palette, in pasty oil paint layers and models his paintings with love and respect for nature.
