Exhibition Annemiek Vos

About this activity.

Annemiek Vos (Academy Minerva) paints cityscapes of her beloved city of Groningen. She does so in her signature style, which is strongly related to impressionism. However, the paintings have a very contemporary character and the atmosphere of the city is omnipresent. Painting from direct observation creates a vividness that you, as a viewer, immediately recognise and that appeals to the imagination. Some of the paintings shown at this exhibition are not painted with a brush but applied with a palette knife.

On Saturday 28 December, Annemiek will be present at the gallery to explain her work (from 3 to 5 pm). You are welcome to drop by and raise a glass with her.

Galerie en kunstuitleen Ann's Art organiseert per jaar zo'n acht solo- of duo-exposities. Het getoonde werk is overwegend figuratief en kan zowel twee- als driedimensionaal zijn. Het aanbod wordt gekenmerkt door kwaliteit, originaliteit en een goede techniek.
