Deep Fried Feelings: a sales exhibition in Snackbar Hoek

Students from Academy Minerva in Groningen are making an exhibition in the compartments of the chicken burger of Snackbar Hoek in Groningen on the Grote Markt.

Hoek is a place where people come day and night.
In exchange for some change, the vending machine releases the fried snack. Instead of a quick bite, these art students offer something different to chew on.
During the exhibition, the compartments will be filled with works of art. And these works of art are made of the following ingredients: imagination, critical thinking and all kinds of emotes.

The exhibition is on view from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. on May 30, 2023.
This initiative arose during the Speaking Spaces classes of teacher Inez Piso, in which the second-year students of the Minerva art academy are challenged to present their art in extreme circumstances.
