On Sunday 1 December, the Forma Aktua Liberation Flag, located opposite the Forma Aktua gallery, will be unveiled again after a makeover.
A special moment, so reason enough for a party!
The statue was designed in 1982 by Henri de Wolf as a warning against fascism, racism, discrimination and anti-Semitism. A monument for, among others, the Jews who were deported from Groningen during the Second World War, donated to the municipality by the Groningen artists.
After the festive unveiling, there will be a drink for invited guests in the Forma Aktua gallery. More information about the history of the artwork can be found on the website: Over de Vlag - Forma Aktua
